Neovema Limited ("Neovema", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. This policy covers two things: our ADVX iOS application, and our website at neovema.com. They operate differently — please read both sections.

1. The ADVX app

ADVX processes all data entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data through the app. Specifically:

  • No location data is sent to us or any third party

  • No analytics or usage data is collected

  • No crash reports are transmitted

  • No account or registration is required

  • No third-party SDKs or advertising frameworks are included

  • No internet connection is required or used by the app

Your routes, location, and riding data never leave your device.

2. Our website — neovema.com

We collect email addresses from visitors who voluntarily sign up to our launch notification list. This is the only personal data we collect through our website.

What we collect

Your email address, when you submit it via our newsletter signup form.

Why we collect it

To notify you when ADVX becomes available on the App Store. We will not use your email address for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Legal basis

We process your email address on the basis of your consent. You gave this consent when you submitted the signup form. You may withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

We will retain your email address until ADVX launches or until you request removal, whichever comes first. After launch notifications have been sent, we will delete all pre-launch email addresses unless you have opted in to further communications.

Who we share it with

Your email address is stored by Squarespace, Inc., who provide our website platform. Squarespace acts as a data processor on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any other third party.

3. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • The right to access the data we hold about you

  • The right to correct inaccurate data

  • The right to request deletion of your data

  • The right to withdraw consent at any time

  • The right to lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk

4. Cookies

Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which may set functional cookies necessary for the website to operate. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics cookies.
